Danillo Jewelers was born in 2012 from a simple obsession: making every piece leave the workshop exactly as it was designed.

Since then, Danillo has taken his bench to the industry’s biggest fairs and schools (VicenzaOro in Italy, JCK in Las Vegas, GIA, Demello in Florida) and brought back the most precise wax printing and casting techniques available.

Today the workshop manufactures for jewelers, designers and brands that need two things at once: high-jewelry detail and industrial lead times. Printing and casting done in our own workshop.

Why outsource casting instead of casting in my own workshop?

Precision casting takes expensive machines, controlled alloys and a lot of repetition to get right. Here, that’s the whole day’s work. You focus on creating and selling; we return the cast piece, ready for your bench.

Is the website quote the final price?

It’s the price of the piece in the chosen material, at the metal price of the moment you calculated it. Shipping is agreed separately.

What file do I need to send?

A closed STL, with no holes in the mesh, ready to print.

What if my file has a problem?

The quote system rejects open meshes and tells you so. Before printing, we check thicknesses and settings; if something won’t cast well, you’ll know beforehand.

Is the purity guaranteed?

Yes, the purity is exact: 10K is 417 parts per thousand of gold, 14K is 585 and 18K is 750, and that’s what goes into your piece. We don’t issue a certificate.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum quantity: we manufacture from a single piece.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Brazil and anywhere in the United States, by FedEx or UPS.

Is my design protected?

Your file is yours. We don’t reproduce, publish or show a client’s piece without permission.

How long does it take?

Casting in 2 business days from approval, plus shipping time.
